What If I don't know my nail sizes?

• Our range of nail sizing methods can help ensure the perfect fit for your nails. We also offer sets with pre-determined sizes that are ready to ship. No sizing needed.

When will my order be shipped?

• After your order has been processed, your order will ship within the same day.  (Monday-Friday) 

How long does shipping take?

• Orders via USPS Priority Mail which can take up to 1 - 5 days, depending on the area. Use USPS Priority Mail Delivery Map here..

Can I update my shipping address after shipping?

• We will do our best to update the address after it has shipped; however, there is no guarantee that we can intercept the delivery process after the products have shipped. Please message us for assistance at ContactUs@TheStatementNailBar.com.

Can I do exchanges or returns ?

• At this time, we do not accept exchanges or returns as part of our sanitary measures. However, if your order arrives damaged, we can provide a store credit with photos.
